Zoggs – Swimming with Superheroes

My kids love swimming!

Living near the sea it is a skill I have always insisted they learn from an early age and they have all swam since babies.

Isaac and Eliza are now both swimming for a swimming club, up to four times a week, which means I need to find them costumes that will not only keep their colour, but also keep their shape.

I have been a fan of Zoggs swimwear since Isaac started swimming as a baby.

Available in 50 countries, their swimwear, goggles, learning aids and training accessories are made to stand up to the Australian sun, sea and swimming pools and you can find their products for sale online, on the high street and in more sports and leisure centres than you can take a dip at.

So, whether you are mermaiding, training, swimming in the sea or just playing on the beach, Zoggs has the perfect swimwear for you.

Zoggs Worbarrow Bay

They have a fabulous new superhero range of swimwear, featuring suits and shorts with your favourite DC character emblems for both children and adults, including Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.

This range also includes swim hats, goggles, swimming and training aids, toys, swimwear and UV suits and the kids are particularly fond of the Batman inflatable body board, which has come to the beach regularly over the school holidays.

Both Isaac and Sebastian love wearing their Batman shorts for their swimming lessons with the matching swimming hat – it gives them extra swimming power apparently.

Isaac in the sea

The best bit is, Isaac and Eliza both took part in a Superhero swimming gala, wore their Batman and Wonder Woman hats to really look the part. We are just waiting for the Wonder Woman costume to come back into stock for Eliza as she is desperate for one.

As a family living near the sea, we are also keen to reduce plastic pollution at the beach and Zoggs have recently launched Ecolast™ swimwear, which transforms debris that’s damaging our oceans into high performance swimwear made with ECONYL® yarn.

Eliza Sea

Beginning life as plastic waste, which would otherwise cause damage to our planet, abandoned ghost fishing nets, carpet and industrial waste is rescued from the oceans and saved from landfill, through different initiatives such as The ECONYL® Reclaiming Program, The Healthy Seas initiative, and Net-Works™.

Zoggs Batman

The Ecolast™ fabric is made using 78% ECONYL® yarn and 22% LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ creating a soft, comfortable, high performance swimwear fabric that is proving to be 15 times more resilient to chlorine than standard swimwear fabrics.

I cannot wait to try out this new range!!

Have you tried Zoggs swimwear?

  1. I love Zoggs and wear it almost daily for my swim practice but I had no idea about the Ecolast range. I’m trying to reduce my plastic consumption and to shop more consciously so I’ll definitely be checking the range out when I’m in need of a new suit.

  2. My son adores anything superhero related. He would love this range. It’s great that kids can feel great wearing and using products that they can feel ‘powerful’ in. hehe! I love how eco they are as well. We need more of this consideration in our world. We live by the sea now too but our suits for the sea will need to be more wet suit like lol

  3. We have always bought Zoggs swimming goggles from our local leisure centre and wouldn’t opt for a different brand. We also have a number of different Zoggs swimming toys too since mine were not keen on the pools initially but now that they are all in swim lessons they are much more confident. The boys have already spotted the Superhero ranges and have started nagging so I guess I will be getting some of those soon too 🙂

  4. I love swimming too. I can totally understand why the Batman and Wonder Woman swimwear would not only look good on the kids, but also give them extra swimming power.
