Project 365 2021 – Week Forty Five

It has been an uneventful week for us. Lots of ferrying the kids around to various clubs which has become the norm again, after an extended break. Here is our week: Sunday 7th November A work day for me and I stayed late to put up the store Christmas decorations. We have a cardboard Christmas Tree this year, which hasn’t gone down well with the customers, but it is recyclable and I added some baubles for a bit of added sparkle. Project 365 2020 Week 45 – COVID 19 Lockdown Week 34

On Saturday 31st October, Boris Johnson announced that we were going back into a national lockdown from Thursday 5th November, as COVID-19 case numbers are rising rapidly across the whole of the UK and in other countries. The difference between this lockdown and the previous one is that the kids will still be able to attend school / university but the rest of the community will reduce our day-to-day contact with other people, reducing the spread of the infection. Project 365 2015, Week 45

This week has been a tough one for Eliza as the poor little thing was floored by a nasty stomach bug. Eliza is rarely ill but I think starting school has introduced all sorts of new bugs that she has had two bugs in as many weeks and sadly she missed her first school photo. We started the week having foggy fun at Chessington World of Adventures to make the most of the last day of Half Term, before coming back to earth with a bump and back to school, but Isaac was awarded his 200m swimming certificate this week. …
