There is nothing really to report this week, other than all those that were previously shielding are now able to leave the home. All the additional local lockdown’s appear to be a lot farther north, although we do seem to have a lot of holidaymakers from those areas visiting at the moment, so we are still being careful and wearing masks in all indoor locations. Project 365 2020 Week 31 – COVID 19 Lockdown Week 20

The introduction of compulsory masks in shops has arrived and it seems that the majority of people have accepted it, with a mere grumble. Elsewhere, restaurants and pubs are now open along with beauty salons and hairdressers. It was announced… Continue Reading “Project 365 2020 Week 28 – COVID 19 Lockdown Week 17”

Our February Update

At the beginning of the month, both Sebastian and I were ill. Sebby had tonsillitis and had a few days off school, plus 10 days of antibiotics to knock it on the head, whereas I had a nasty cough and cold, caused by a virus that I… Continue Reading “Our February Update”

Sebastian’s 18th Month Update

How is my little boy 18 months old, it seems almost impossible he is no longer my tiny baby. Developmentally he has come on leaps and bounds in the last month.  He started walking back in November and is off and running now.  He loves exploring the environment around him and we had great fun testing out an icy puddle last week. With the walking has come the sudden ability to climb.  He wants to climb everything and seems to… Continue Reading “Sebastian’s 18th Month Update”
