Project 365 2021: Week Twenty Three

Christchurch Priory

My blog has finally been fixed. I don’t think my host believed me at first, but I got a notification from google console that there were some unusual links. This is the second time I have been targeted and it’s always for dodgy links to football streams…….I think I have to change my blog name. Here is our week: Monday 7th June Much to Isaac’s disgust, Eliza and Sebby had an inset day, but he didn’t, so back to school… Continue Reading “Project 365 2021: Week Twenty Three”

Project 365 2021: Week Twenty Two

The half term holiday’s are upon us and the weather has finally started to pick up. In bad news for us, there has been a rise of cases again in the UK thanks to the newly named Delta variant. There hasn’t been an official announcement yet, but the rumour mill seems to think that the easing of restrictions will be delayed until 5th July (my husband’s birthday) instead of the planned date of my birthday. Project 365 2021: Week Twenty

What is going on with the weather? Last year we were spoilt with wall to wall sunshine and warm temperatures. This year it feels more like Autumn with high winds and torrential rain. Project 365 2021: Week Nineteen

I have to admit that it has been a bit of a rubbish week. My laptop has died, the tumble drier has too and the weather isn’t helping either. In better news, I am now one of the 20 million people who have had both COVID vaccinations and thankfully feel fine. Here is our week: Sunday 9th May At this time of year, we have a colony of Puffins that nest on the cliffs near Swanage, so we headed out… Continue Reading “Project 365 2021: Week Nineteen”

Project 365 2021: Week Eighteen

Not much to report this week. We thought Bank Holiday would be busy, but the weather wasn’t playing ball so most people stayed at home. Infection rates continue to fall in England, Wales and Scotland and remained level in Northern Ireland. The government have decided not to give the Oxford vaccine to under 40’s now because of the risk of blood clots. I have my second one next week, but apparently the risk is less with a second dose. Here… Continue Reading “Project 365 2021: Week Eighteen”
