Project 365 2021: Week Eight

Bournemouth

We are all relieved we have a roadmap out of lockdown now and dates to look forward to, including the kids back to school on 8th March and all restrictions to end on my birthday, 21st June. I know it is provisional and could change, but it is something to be hopeful for. I am slightly concerned that people seem to think it is over already and there are COVID spikes already. It has been confirmed that Eliza and Sebby… Continue Reading “Project 365 2021: Week Eight”

Cruise Ship

We are on count down to half term here, we all need a break from homeschooling! We always go away for February half term as it is cheaper than holidaying in the summer, so it feels strange not to have any plans. My facebook timehop is a bit depressing though, as I keep being presented with pictures of us enjoying various destinations. Bike Puddle

Frustratingly my blog has been down, so I am a bit late posting my Project 365 this week. I got to see my Mum and Step-Dad who had to travel to Poole for their COVID vaccines, so they stopped by for a brief doorstep visit. Here is our week: Sunday 31st January After four days of work it was nice to have a day… Continue Reading “Project 365 2021: Week Five”

Silly String

Everyday feels like groundhog day now. The weather is rubbish, we are stuck indoors, home schooling is a real struggle and we have nothing to look forward to, now that lockdown has been extended until at least 8th March. This week Kian took himself off on a bike ride, but we got a phone call after a couple of hours to say he had a puncture, so my husband had to go and rescue him. Normally we get a local… Continue Reading “Project 365 2021: Week Four”

Lake

My husband is enjoying his new job, but his hours have changed already. Because of the COVID situation the store has split itself into two bubbles, which means he is day in, then day off, day in, day off etc. It does mean a shorter working week day side, but he still does the same hours, so is working longer days. Other than that, there is no real change to our situation at the moment. Here is our week: Sunday… Continue Reading “Project 365 2021: Week Three”
