How to survive the clock change with kids!

Spring Forward……….Fall Back – that is how I always remember the clock change.

Doesn’t really matter though, as I am a parent of small children and have been for as many years as I can remember.

The clock change is one of those annoying parts of parenthood where you just have to accept you are not going to reap any benefits of an extra hour in bed, however, if you are clever you may just get an extra hour to yourself in the evening.

Get up at your normal time on Sunday, then give the children a nice relaxing early bath and put them to bed an hour earlier and enjoy your extra hour with a nice meal and a bottle of wine – I call that a win!

We were sent some Infacare Night Time Bubble Bath to review to help us get through the clock change.

After a small squirt of the night-time baby bath under the running tap, you get hit with a lovely lavender scent which aids relaxation, plus plenty of bubbles for bathtime fun.

InfaCare is ultra-mild and pH balanced with masses of long-lasting bubbles, which makes it very popular with the kids at bath time, plus it is reassuring for parents as it helps prevent irritation, helping with allergies in the process.

The clock change is irritating but I find that the kids are normally settled with the new routine within two or three days.

Good Luck!
