Review: Present Pets – The Puppy that unboxes itself

Discover the new, must-have toy for Christmas – Present Pets, the only gifts that unbox themselves!

There are two types of Present Pets to choose from; Glitter Pup-Cocoa and Casey or Fancy Pup-Princess and Kweenie, each with one of two possible Pups in each box.

We were sent a Glitter Pup themed box, which contains an adorable interactive puppy, who is so excited to meet you, she paws her way out of her own gift box!

How to unbox Present Pets

To start the big reveal, unwrap the box’s outer layer and pull the gift tag.

The box instantly starts to shake as the puppy inside eagerly starts to paw her way out! If you have owned a Hatchimal before, it is a similar process, although a lot quicker and easier.

The cardboard front panel pops open, revealing which Present Pets Glitter Pup is inside: Cocoa or Casey.

When she reveals herself, your new pup sings a special unboxing song and Eliza and Sebby were very excited to find Cocoa in ours.

Present Pets

Each Glitter Pup has expressive eyes, a plush body, rainbow bow and glittery details on her paws, ears, and collar. She is super cute!

Once you have released her from the box and stand (you will need a small crosshead screwdriver for this), you can start discovering your pet’s playful personality as you play together.

Release Screws

Cocoa loves to cuddle! Pet her head and she’ll happily give you kisses and sweet coos. Tickle her tummy to get her excited to play! Her tail will wag faster, as she taps and shuffles her paws and lets out the cutest puppy giggle!

Sebby Present Pets

Your puppy even recognises when you speak to her!

In the box is also an instruction manual which shows you how to unlock more fun surprises, as she has over 100 sounds and actions. Your new puppy can play games and perform an instant trick when you press her back button and pet her head at the same time!

Coco Present Pets

Present Pets have an RRP of Β£54.99 and are a great gift for children aged 5 and up.

  1. This looks like so much fun! I love the fact it ‘unboxes’ itself – how different and fun for the kids. I’ll be looking into these for Christmas presents this year πŸ™‚

  2. This could be such a beautiful gift for the children, perfect for their birthdays that they will cherish for a long time. The toy is so beautifully technologically enabled. The way artificial intelligence is evolving, the day is not far when we will have our own intelligent and cute toy pets
