Review: Blade and Rose Maura the Mouse

When Eliza was a baby, one of my favourite clothing brands for her was Blade and Rose.

Since then, Blade & Rose has gone from strength to strength and is Britain’s leading children’s clothing brand specialising in trademark leggings featuring stylish and quirky designs on the bum, as well as matching accessories.

In fact, at the age of 10, Eliza has only recently stopped wearing their leggings.

The brand have since expanded their collection and now produce a range of stunning clothes for little ones, including gorgeous clothing sets, hoodies, dresses and swimwear and we were invited to review the Maura the Mouse set with Lilah.

Maura, the marvellous mouse has a little inquisitive face and adorable ears.

Blade & Rose leggings are stretchy and seamless, like tights, to enable total freedom when playing and have a lovely wide, ribbed waistband for comfort. These cute leggings have delicate flower detailing over them and teeny Maura’s face on the bum.

The top is made from brushed cotton to make them extra soft, with a contrasting inner cuff for when you want to roll their sleeves up.

Featuring contrasting poppers to make getting dressed easier, the neck line is specially designed to stop irritation.

Lilah seemed really comfortable wearing the outfit and got lots of comments on how cute she looked. I will definitely be treating her too some more sets, including their halloween inspired “Boo set“.
