Reima Sydvest 3-in-1 mid-season jacket review

Finding the perfect jacket for kids can be a challenge.

As a family who spend a lot of time outdoors, we were on the lookout for something that is not only water and wind proof, but something that will keep the kids warm on cooler days and something they can wear in the rain during warmer summer months.

Tough ask!!

We were invited to review the popular Sydvest multi-fuctional jacket by Reima.

Reima Sydvest Jacket

It is a mid-season jacket for kids which is ideal for whatever Mother Nature throws your way.

Reima Eliza and Seb

The jacket is waterproof and breathable with three separate functions, thanks to a handy vest inside: wear the vest secure inside the jacket to keep cosy, remove it for a lightweight waterproof jacket or wear the vest on its own as a gilet when the weather is warmer.

Eliza Reima Jacket

The jacket itself has sealed seams and has been treated with a dirt-repellent treatment to keep it looking bright and clean.

Sebby Shell

The hood is detachable for safety, meaning it can be removed easily if it gets caught on something whilst the kids are exploring.

Jacket rear

There are big reflective details on the arms and rear of the jacket and ribbing on the edge of the hood and cuffs for a fun vintage look as well as additional comfort.

The Sydvest jacket is available in 4 colours; Coral, Mango, Clay and Navy and its straight cut makes it perfect for boys and girls.

I am a big fan of the bright colours as it makes the kids easy to spot when we are out and about.

The Reima Sydvest jacket costs ā‚¬89.95 and is available from www.reima.com/int

School run

It is the perfect jacket to take you from the great outdoors to the school run!!

  1. I love the colours of the jacket – we tend to wear too many dull dark colours in winter and these bright colours would cheer up anyone. I also like that they are versatile and can be worn in cold winters but in autumn and spring too by removing the vests.

  4. This looks like just the jacket I have been searching the shops for. They all seem to have summer wear out now but these look perfect for my active daughters.
