Project 365 2015 Weeks 36 & 37

Last weekend we visited Cornwall, staying in Trevella Park and my intention was to do last weeks 365 whilst we were there but the internet was like treacle so it was impossible. The 4 hour drive home wiped me out, so I decided to do two weeks together this week instead.

The final few days of the holiday were fairly quiet as we got back into a routine and the bank holiday was a wash out which put a stop to our plans. We did get to Portland on the Sunday and went for a lovely walk along Chesil Beach.

On Friday we left for Cornwall straight after school, which probably wasn’t the best idea as we hit the rush hour traffic and what should have been a 3 hour drive took over 4 hours! It was worth it though and the Saturday saw us exploring Lands End and all it has to offer.

Week 36

On the second Sunday we did some panning for gold at Cornwall Gold and then headed over to Springfield Fun Park for a day of fun before heading home.

Monday saw Eliza have her very first day at school and had great fun, despite being miffed she wasn’t allowed to stay all day like her brother. Sebby also started pre-school this week, although he is just going for a morning at the moment. The rest of the week has been really quiet as I am back and forwards to the school several times a day as the children I look after all seem to have different settling in times!
