Eliza is Disney Princess obsessed. I am sure it is something most little girls go through at some stage, although I have to admit that Abbey has never outgrown it and she is 20!
Eliza has been asking for Palace Pets ever since she saw them advertised on the TV so when I was offered the opportunity to review the Palace Pets Pampering Salon Playset I couldn’t turn it down.
If you have not seen or heard of Palace Pets they are pets that live with the Disney Princesses. Each Palace Pet has been found and adopted by their respective princess and have been given a resemblance to their respective master, whether it is in genetics or accessories.
The Palace Pets Pampering Salon is a Castle style design with fold-out sections and 3 styling areas. The pets can enjoy a bath or be styled on the throne.
The set includes a Furry Tail Friend of Rapunzel’s – her Kitten, Summer who is wearing a removable tiara. Also included is a water based colour-change make-up and nail varnish feature and various hair accessories.
We were also sent a few Palace Pets friends to join Summer too.
- Belle’s dog, Teacup who has a supersoft sparkly tail and comes with a brush to keep it looking its best.
- Aurora’s pink pony, Bloom who also has a sparkly tail and comes with a jewellery box, hair brush and 3 hair clips
- Snow White’s bunny, Berry who talks and sings. Just press her necklace and Berry will speak to you with lots of different phrases. Snow White’s favourite pet also comes with her own tiara, brush, and story book.
To say Eliza loves the set is an understatement. She has been lovingly brushing the Palace Pets tails in the Salon and I have loved listening to her telling what she is doing. She finds the hair clips a little small and fiddly though, but she is in the younger age bracket and I am sure with a bit of practice she will master them.
Eliza’s favourite Palace Pet is Berry because it talks and sings and she has taken her job of looking after them all very seriously. She even got her Doc McStuffins doctors bag out to give them all a check up – now that’s service for you!
She also insisted in taking them all to bed with her, although you can’t see them in the picture she was clutching them tight!
I used to love My Little Pony as a child and was forever styling their tails and this reminds me of them. The tails aren’t quite so long though. If your little girl loves Disney Princesses then they will love these and with prices starting from £5.99 they won’t break the bank!
