  1. I really need to focus on my health in 2021. Last year with Covid and lockdowns was terrible for my eating and exercising habits – so this year it needs to change.

  8. I’d love to improve my sleep. Not sure what’s happened but I am waking up in the middle of the night and not drifting back off easily. That’s never happened to me before.
