Keeping memories alive with Cheerz

Having a blog has given us some amazing opportunities and writing about them and seeing the images online gives me the chance to look back fondly on them.

Sometimes, something is so special that it deserves more!

Back in May, Eliza was a player escort for the Women’s FA Cup Final, a role that Kian also had the privilege of taking on back in 2011.

With Kian we made him a photo book of the occasion and it is something that he treasures to this day, so we decided to do the same for Eliza when Cheerz offered me the chance to review a photo book.

I found the whole process very user friendly. Simply upload the pictures to the website, choose the theme and the colour for the photo book and off you go.

I added my pictures in the order of the day and used both official pictures and ones we took from the stands. Once you have added a picture to the book, it ‘greys’ it out, so you don’t end up using the same picture twice.

I opted for the premium photo book as I liked how it opened out flat, so you could see your photos at their best. The site also lets you know if their will be a problem with your photo choice.  If they it is too low quality to print well, they show an exclamation point and a warning message about photos having a high risk of being pixilated.  You can then choose a more suitable photo or re-size it.

Eliza is over the moon with her photo book and keeps it by her bed, so she can look at it whenever she wants. It is professionally printed on quality paper and looks more expensive than it was.

Cheerz offers many different photo printing options to suit every budget, including large and small prints; personalised photo books; retro or classic prints; memory boxes; calendars; wall decorations and more… there’s something to suit everyone!

I also ordered a Metallic print to go on my wall from Callan’s 21st birthday back in June. With older kids, I find getting them all together at the same time can be a bit of a challenge and taking a good photo even more difficult, so I just had to have this one printed and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

Cheerz have some fabulous offers at the moment and you can get 30% off a £30 by using code 300THANKU.

  1. I do love a good photo book and yours looks fab! Too often I take hundreds of Photos which sit on my hard drive and I never view them for one month to another. This way it would be so easy to look at them frequently.

  2. Now this is such a lovely book – I have to admit I know a little about Cheerz but I’ve not looked into them fully. I think I might have to now and perhaps get some books printed of things we have done this year.

  3. I love the photo of all the kids that you got done, and I am such a big fan of photobooks. I love having photos printed off and being able to look through them all in person rather than just looking on a screen, makes you take in the memories and remember the moments more

  5. Ooh, I’ve been thinking of doing some photobooks from my trips, so this is really helpful. I love that they stop you from using the same photo twice, cos I just know I’d end up doing that…
