Introducing Hatchimals Series 3

Eliza is a huge fan of Hatchimals CollEGGtibles and has been collecting them since series 1 came out this time last year.

Since then we have welcomed some series 2 friends into the house and now series 3 are available to buy in the shops.

Hatchimals CollEGGtibles come inside small, speckled eggs and like their larger friends need your nurturing touch to hatch. Series 1 eggs were purple in colour, series 2 saw them turning pink and now series 3 are lovely and yellow in colour.

As with previous incarnations, you can identify your egg’s family by matching up its speckles to the Collectors list. Then, hold the egg in your hand and rub the purple heart until it turns pink. The pink heart means they are EGG-stra eager to meet you and the egg is nice and easy to break as they start to crack.

The first two series of CollEGGtibles were very similar, however, this season there is a little twist.

Hatchimals Series 3

The series 3 slogan is ‘Hatch Friends Forever’ – Each of the new Hatchimals CollEGGtibles has a best friend which can be posed together, a “sweet squad” of pals or even a little twin which hatches from the same egg – we got twin penguins (in the same way as the larger Hatchimals Surprise).

With over 100 new characters to hatch and collect, there are lots more friends to collect and with blind bags costing from £2.99, they won’t break the bank either!!

  1. I honestly thought these were going to be a one hit wonder that Christmas a few years ago but it is amazing how they have adapted and brought out now things to keep children wanting them.

  3. What a great price and how cute are the shells this time round. I love that you get a friend within each egg and they have a friend this time too
