Frugi Owl Nursing Top Review

Now the weather is starting to turn, I am starting to think about long-sleeved tops to wear for Autumn / Winter as the ones I had for last year are far too big.

I adore my breastfeeding maxi dress from Frugi and I have pretty much lived in it all summer and it has kept its shape and colour beautifully, so when I was invited to review an item from their Autumn / Winter range I couldn’t wait to see the range.

The only problem I had was choosing, but when I saw this Owl Tunic top, I just had to have it!

The sign of good nursing wear, is that it isn’t obvious and two of my friends with older children have their eye on it!

This breastfeeding printed tunic top has a pretty button detail at the front and an under panel which can be lifted and a gathered neck that can be pulled down, both allowing for discreet feeding. The top is made from jersey with a hint of elastane making it really comfortable and flattering to wear.

I have washed and worn this a few times and like the maxi dress it has held its shape and colour.  I love the colour grey and if you look closely at the owls, you can see blue eyes and blue and pink feathers on the wing which gives the top a hint of colour.

The soft cotton that Frugi is famous for is really comfortable to wear and I am able to feed Sebastian discreetly, which is even more important now that he is an inquisitive monkey who likes to know what is going on around him!

I really love the range of Frugi breastfeeding clothes because it doesn’t double as maternity wear which always makes me feel frumpy.  It is forgiving and flattering on my mummy tummy though which I don’t think I will ever quite get rid of.
