I know only too well how quickly time flies and I cannot quite believe I am the mother of two fully grown adults, a teen and three small people who seem to be getting bigger by the day.
I love blogging as it is my online diary of their big (and little) adventures and only wish that I had found it sooner as no matter how hard you try, you do forget the little things that you swear you will never forget – the cute way they pronounced tricky words, their favourite joke, their pet names for things and even what size their first pair of shoes were and I was hopeless at filling out their baby books past 6 months!
I have to admit my children are brilliant at giving cuddles, although Isaac is now wary of showing any affection in public these days and the bigger ones are more likely to crush me to death with their playful squeezes.
Last week Eliza started pre-school and I got a lump in my throat as she dashed into her classroom without so much as a glance behind her. Seeing her brothers go into school has meant she has been ready for what seems like forever and she has so much confidence!
Sebastian is very definitely our last baby and I am making the most of his willingness for long snuggles as I know it won’t be long before he is running after his brothers and sisters as he is already starting to take his first tentative steps.
They go from this……..
and all in what seems like the blink of an eye!
Fairy Non Bio is proud to have seen millions of parents through every babygro, every toddler’s favourite party dress and then, all too soon, that first school uniform. So they understand how quickly this time passes and therefore the value of every precious cuddle.
That’s why they want to encourage parents to embrace every moment – especially with the beginning of the school term coming round all too quickly for many young families. So make sure you make the most of this time by giving them an extra soft cuddle today and embracing the #PowerofSoft!
