Building Dens with Sky Kids

Over the Easter break we received a very exciting Hamper from Sky Kids which was full to bursting with lots of yellow goodies.

Inside we found a blanket, bed sheet, pegs, cushion, road, toys, colouring book, pens/pencils/crayons, the Spongebob Squarepants playhouse, a rucksack, Spongebob, Patrick and an iPad Mini cover.

Our Hamper of Fun had been sent to us by #SkyKids to celebrate the release of their brand new and exciting Sky Kids App which features all of the children’s favourite shows and characters from the popular Sky Kids TV channels which you can stream on your iPad or phone. What I like about the app is that you can select which channels the kids can and cannot see and each child can be given their own profile so it feels more personal to them as well as being directed to their own age group rather than an older sibling.

However, the kids weren’t bothered about checking out the app at first as they had more important work to do – den building!

I don’t know what it is about kids and dens but it keeps them amused for hours and they worked together to ensure it was just perfect. Once they had finished they chilled out inside it, taking hundreds of pictures with my phone, chatting and playing games – we really should build dens more often!

The Sky Kids App is available for both android and apple at no extra cost for Sky customers with the Family and Variety Bundle and with Sky Q.

Disclaimer: We were sent all of the items in the Hamper as well as a code to access the Sky Kids App in exchange for our honest opinion.
