Living in a house full of boys I am used to them obsessing over sport.
Of course football is the number one choice in our household and even I will switch the TV onto Sky Sports to watch our beloved Chelsea play.
The other favourite in our house is the darts. It is not the sport so much as the atmosphere that grabs you and reels you in. Hubby goes to see it live when it comes to the BIC and I love trying to spot him in the crowd waving his sign in the air.
I do however draw the line somewhere.
Since going to watch WWE at the BIC both hubby and Kian have got a little obsessed with it, but I just can’t watch it – give me Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks any day and as for Cricket – it’s like watching paint dry!
The lovely team at Betfair heard of my predicament and sent me the most wonderful Pamper Parcel to use whilst the boys were getting their fix of sport.
Pamper Parcels do an amazing range of gorgeous pamper boxes full of pampering treats (and chocolate which is the best I have ever tasted!) to make him / her or even a teen feel special. All the items were hand wrapped in tissue paper which added to the lovely surprise.
I have to admit I may have hidden the chocolate as my teens can normally smell it at 20 paces and I managed to indulge without it being discovered and even a cup of tea and biscuits can make a relaxing change. The only thing I need to work on is the relaxing bath though – the little ones only have to hear the tap running and they are there demanding to get in too!
