A Little Pony Jump App Review

Eliza adores My Little Pony and anything horse and pony related, so when I was invited to review the app A Little Pony Jump I knew she would enjoy playing it.

The idea of the game is to swipe your hand across the screen and draw a trampoline for the pony to bounce off and collect hearts, apples, crystals, candies and cupcakes. as you travel through different pony fields.

The longer the trampoline, the lower you bounce so the skill is to get it positioned under the pony as short as possible as the coins are quite high on the screen.  You can also place the trampoline at an angle allowing you to bounce backwards and forwards and collect more coins.

Sometimes you capture a magic crystal that sends you zooming into the next field and the more treasure you collect, the more options are open to you such as changing the colour of your pony.

It did take Eliza a few tries to master this game, but she soon got the hang of it and there were lots of shrieks and giggles as she sent her pony racing through the fields.

The app is great for helping test reactions and fast problem solving, reasoning and numeracy plus the colourful fields and ponies are very appealing to young girls.

There is a free version of this app but I have to admit that it comes with ads which pop up in the middle of the game so I would recommend paying to upgrade it to the pro version.

Little Pony Jump is also available on android.
