9 months in, 9 months out!

Sebastian is the grand old of age of 9 months and is changing every day.

He is taking a real interest in everything around now and is starting to interact with both people and animals.  He especially loved the Penguins when we visited the Sealife Centre as they kept coming up to the glass to see him and is a real beach baby.

His weight gain has slowed down, although he still a chunky 21lb and he has started to wear clothes in size 12-18 months already.  I know this will slow down more once he is on the move, but thankfully he seems content to stay out at the moment.

Sebastian has produced his two bottom teeth so far and despite dribbling for Queen and Country has yet to produce the next one, although I am sure it won’t be long.

9 months

His swimming lessons are always a highlight of our week and seeing him underwater is a magical experience.

My only concern is that he seems to be getting cold after cold and it always ends up on his chest, making him wheezy and unsettled, so much so he is now ending up in bed with us every night so he doesn’t wake his brothers and sisters!

His favourite toy is his Baby Bouncer although he loves anything that makes a noise but his favourite daily activity has to be bathtime.  He could stay in there for hours if we let him!

  1. Ella was the same for the first 2 years of her life, constant colds which ended up on her chest. Thankfully now, (she’s nearly 7) she’s a picture of health but it did worry me at the time.
Love the smiley photo, he’s so cute!
