Living close to the millionaires playground of Sandbanks, we are no strangers to how the other half live and often drive past their stunning houses or get overtaken by a supercar or two.
This often leads to an interesting game of “What would be the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?”, and kids being kids, the more bizarre the better.
Abbey: New Bathroom / Kitchen / Sofa for her flat
Abbey has just got on the property ladder and bought her first flat with her boyfriend.
They have been busy decorating and laying new floor, but they would really like to update the kitchen and the bathroom and buy a new sofa – very sensible.
Oh, and buy an Audi Q5………I am sure I said one thing!!
Callan: Lamborghini Huracan
Callan is our car fanatic and nothing pleases him more than fast cars, although until last year he was pootling around in a little 1.0L Seat Arosa, affectionately known as Rosie.
The Huracan is the replacement for Lamborghini’s most successful car ever, the Gallardo. It comes with a 5.2-litre V10 engine, a new seven speed dual-clutch gearbox and an all new chassis, partially constructed of carbon, that’s 50 per cent stiffer than the Gallardo.
With prices starting at £150k, I am not sure I could see him tinkering with this car making modifications on the driveway.
Kian: Corsair One i160 Gaming PC
Apparently one of the best Gaming PCs on the market, it has vidia Turing graphics and Intel Coffee Lake Refresh processors that takes 4K gaming to the next level.
Isaac: LEGO Deathstar
Thankfully Isaac’s choice is a little more realistic and his first request is the LEGO Deathstar, which comes in at a cool£400.
Eliza: A real unicorn
Mmmmm, not sure that this one is really doable – maybe we can put a horn on a white horse for a photo shoot, but she will have to make do with this cute puppet head instead.
Sebastian: Everything in Smyths Toys
Like any 5 year old, he has requested toys……….lots of toys, although top of his list was Plants Vs Zombies LEGO. I think that may have been influenced by his brother.
What would your kids buy first if you won the lottery jackpot?
