At Blog On last weekend they had some fantastic brands to meet and foods to try.

One that really caught my eye was Real Handful who had had its range of delicious, nutritionally balanced snacks there to sample with a winning combination of flavours and blends, maintaining an element of fun in each snack. My favourite had to be the Blood Orange and Dark Chocolate with the Mochaccino a close second.

The flavours available include:

Go-Go-Goji Berries: 40g mix that is high in fibre and also a source of protein.   “A tip-top blend of nuts, raisins and seeds with goji berries and dark chocolate.”

Mixed Berry Crunch: 40g mix that’s a source of fibre.  “A very berry blend of blueberry flavour yoghurt raisins, strawberries, cranberries and whole almonds.”

Mochaccino: 40g mix that’s a source of fibre.   “A rich blend of coffee sultanas, cranberries, whole cashew nuts, dark chocolate coffee beans and coffee flavour chocolate drops.”

Blood Orange and Dark Chocolate: 40g mix that’s a source of fibre.  “A fabulous blend of blood orange flavoured sultanas, orange flavoured cranberries, dark chocolate and peanuts.”

Blueberry Blitz: 40g mix that’s a source of fibre.  “A vibrant blend of blueberries, blueberry flavoured cranberries, jumbo flame raisins and whole cashews.”

Strawberries & Cream: 40g mix that’s a source of fibre. “A summer time blend of juicy strawberry flavoured raisins, strawberries, cranberries, white chocolate chunks and cashews.”

Holland and Barrett are stocking the products in 330 of its stores across the UK, and the snacks are also set to be listed by online giant, Ocado.
