Being a blogger I am very lucky that I have got to take my family on some amazing experiences that we would not otherwise have been able to afford or done but it does mean my extended family often have no idea what to get me for Christmas.
I have to admit that I am possibly the most disorganised blogger on the planet. Hubby moans non-stop at my disorganisation which is more ironic as I used to run a busy cash office and then a team at an investment bank where organisation was key to our success, so top of my list is a yearly planner like this one from Stick to Stigu.
Stick to Stigu is many things in one cover: a planner, an organiser, a calendar, a notebook and a rest & zest handbook. Every month Stigu introduces a new theme, and every week Stigu gives easy to stick to practices that are often fun.
Stigu is a juggler, and this planner is for all of us out there like me who is juggling, whether it be work, family, fitness, blogging or all of them and there is room to add weekly to-do lists as well as fill in all the other commitments that come with having a family.
If you want to be a bit more glitzy than a planner, then you cannot go wrong with a Pandora charms or beads. Abbey bought me a Pandora bracelet for my 40th and I have been busy collecting the charms ever since and I have noticed that they are very popular items of jewellery amongst women as see them where-ever I go.
If you are after something for imaginative than an experience day would be great. It could be anything from a spa day to an adrenalin fuelled parachute experience (that one might not be for me) or you could treat them to a festive Now TV box so they can put their feet up after a hard days blogging!
What would your perfect gift be this Christmas?
My Mum keeps asking me what I want for Christmas and I tell her I’m too busy blogging to think about anything else!
I was nodding along with your post Kara when it showed a planner for busy bloggers then a Pandora charm, then I saw what looks like ‘Fungus the Bogeyman’ and wondered if I was reading the right post! Then I see that it is actually a TV box and I thought – yes! Perfect!
I do love to watch some TV in my downtime, and as I’m usually blogging most of the time, I tend to record my shows so I can watch ‘in bulk’ when I have a slice of time when my brain is fried!! Great list!
OMGosh that fungus Now TV box is awesome – I want one just because of how it looks lol. x
I would love a new camera lens, but the one I want is out of our price range. I would also quite happily have a new charm for my links of London bracelet
My perfect Christmas gift would be a lie-in… but that’s never going to happen for Christmas! I could definitely do with a good planner though.
These are all great gifts. I know that it sounds cheesy, but all I want for Christmas is to have the whole extended family together, healthy and happy.
