I have to admit that this week has been very dull in comparison to last week and I have been busy catching up on housework and blogging. I apologise for my lack of comments last week, got snowed under with everything, but promise I will try harder this week.
Despite is being a quiet week we still managed to get up to some mischief with Sports Day and a birthday party to attend. Eliza’s best friend Olive turned 4 and had her party at Pony Palace. The kids were not keen to join at first as were tired from the holiday but as soon a pony rides were mentioned they perked up.
Tuesday saw our annual Sports Day which I thought would be cancelled due the weather the day before, but we risked a muddy field and cheered on the kids from the sidelines. I certainly got my exercise running between Isaac and Eliza.
On Wednesday we met up with Olive for her birthday treat from us – a trip to Build-a-Bear. Of course if we were buying Olive a bear, Eliza had to have one too!
On Saturday we headed into London for the launch of LEGO Jurassic World. The kids were introduced to the new LEGO Playsets as well as the new computer game and filled to bursting with candy floss, ice cream and popcorn.
Here is my week in pictures:
151. Isaac and Eliza tell the pony their best joke at Olive’s Birthday Party
152. We did Isaac’s holiday homework very quickly in the morning before school – I don’t think his beach scene model turned out too badly
153. Sebby wouldn’t sit in his buggy for Sports Day but would happily sit on it!
154. Matching ponies at Build-a-Bear
155. Enjoying a play date with Sena
156. Hmmmm we were sent a white t-shirt to review………it didn’t stay white for long!
157. Enjoying an ice cream treat at LEGO Jurassic World
13 June:
My week was a catching up week too. H has been very excited about the new Lego Jurassic World sets.
Looks like a fun week and I’m very impressed with the homework produced before school! Nobody in our family wears white Tshirts for that very reason! Don’t think I could keep one clean myself and the kids certainly couldn’t!
You’re weeks are so busy, I don’t know how you do it! We always managed to avoid Build a Bear 😉
A Lego day out sounds good, the sort of thing Bob would enjoy.
Love the pony laughing picture. Things like build a bear sadly have to be buy one buy all.
I am surprised sports day could happen. H&S and all that crap on wet grass.
Looks like a busy week in the Chelsea Mamma household! One full of sunshine and ice creams. Lovely 🙂
Loving the ponies from Build-a-bear! Great choice.
What a great week – the Lego / Jurrasic day sounds loads of fun 🙂 Ickle Pickle x
Oh the Lego Jurassic world sounds good! Love that pony!
