Project 365 2025 – Week 2

I am having technical issues with images on my blog, which is taking a frustratingly long time to fix. I wish I was more technologically minded!!

Thankfully I am back up and running after establishing that it isn’t my laptop, but my wifi connection!!

Here is our week:

Sunday 12th January

We don’t see Lilah very often, now that she is at school, but she popped in today and enjoyed some crafting fun with Eliza.

We also headed out to try her new rollerboots, which was rather entertaining as she spent most of the time flailing around like the spider in Harry Potter.

Monday 13th January

The skies have been surprisingly clear, after so much rain, so it has been nice to see the sunrise colours in the sky.

Tuesday 14th January

The moon was so bright that I just had to take a photo of it.

In the evening, it was a tough football match. Living in Bournemouth we work / go to school with Bournemouth fans, so it was banter central.

Thankfully it was a draw, so both parties were happy(ish) with the result.

Wednesday 15th January

My day off, so I went to visit my Mum as I have not seen her since Christmas.

We discovered her mobile no longer works with the discontinuation of 3G, so I am going to set her up with my old one and she treated me to lunch to say thank you.

We are obsessed with the new season of Traitors and with Eliza now watching it too, we are casting our own votes too – with dodgy spelling of course!

Thursday 16th January

For Christmas, Eliza had her nails done by Abbey’s friend and as its her birthday this month, we let her have them done again. I went along too and kept their dog, Ralph, company.

Tonights Traitors vote looked like this:

Friday 17th January

I haven’t visited my favourite postbox for a while, but taking my Mum’s new phone to her, I decided to go through Puddletown to see what was the latest topper.

Postbox

Saturday 18th January

A work day for me and I have been busy putting together all the charity work we have been doing this year and making posters for the store.
