Review: CANYON Outdoor Wireless Speaker

My son is 16 and heavily into his music.

He has a bit of an eclectic music taste thanks to his love of musical theatre, Marvel films and a new found love of grime.

He has been keen to have a speaker in the dining room, which is more of a gaming room these days

We were sent the CANYON Outdoor Wireless Speaker to review and it is a hit so far, having been used in our gaming room and at a friends party.

This stylish wireless speaker is the perfect combination of compact size, sturdy but light weight and powerful, balanced sound, with a handy rope like tab on the top so it can either be places on a flat surface or hung up, wherever you might be.

The speaker is compatible with Windows, iOS and Android and supports three connection types – Bluetooth, FM, TF Card, which allow you to listen to music from source and connect to your favourite radio wave, wherever you may be.

Wireless communication using Bluetooth 5.0 technology provides a high-quality music signal transmission at a speed of up to 2 Mbps at a distance of up to 10 meters while saving battery power, which means its perfect for the garden or a campsite.

The 1200mAh Lithium battery is easily charged with the included USB-C charging cable. The charging time is around 3 hours and after that the play time is up to 4 hours.

The speaker comes in four trendy colours – grey, orange, yellow and blue and you can use 2 speakers simultaneously to achieve surround stereo sound. Despite its small size, it has a decent bass and sound quality.

An excellent solution for those who want to enjoy music in nature, in the garden or on the whilst out and about.
