Dantoy is a lovely Danish brand who’s toys are fully sustainable and made of bio-plastic which are free of dangerous chemicals. Their mantra is to create longer-lasting, educational and imaginative play experiences.
One of the best playing experiences for toddlers is role play, where they act out a situation they see at home or television. Role play is a vital area of child development, as it builds confidence, creativity, communication, physical development and problem solving, along with being a fun activity.
Back in the summer, we were sent the Dantoy Barbecue Set to review, which has become Lilah’s favourite toy as she loves cooking us all burgers and sausages.
I was keen to add to this set, so when I spotted the Dantoy Pretend Play Dinner Set at BlogOn, I knew it was the perfect addition.
Packaged in recycled cardboard boxes, this 22 peice set contains 4 plastic plates, cups, spoons, knives, forks and 1 casserole pot with lid, perfect for continuing the role play of cooking and eating.
Their bioplastic range is made of at least 90% sugarcane, a sustainable raw material, and is 100% recyclable.
It has also been approved for contact with foods and is microwave and dishwasher safe and frost-proof, so can be safely left outside for outdoor role play.
The Dantoy Cooking Set is available from Smallable for the RRP of £17
