One of the first pieces of jewellery I remember having as a girl was a locket and I remember trying to find the perfect sized photo to put inside it, and the battle of putting it in.
Now that Eliza is starting to wear jewellery, I decided that her 11th birthday was the perfect time to get her a locket.
We were invited to review one of Lily Blanche’s personalised lockets and the moment I saw the seahorse locket, I knew it would be perfect for sea loving Eliza. We took the locket to Studland to photograph it, as the bay is the most important sites for Spiny Seahorses in the UK.
This pretty Sterling Silver shell necklace opens to take two photos or a tiny keepsake and is accessorised with a little seahorse charm in a choice of choice of sterling silver, 18 carat gold or 18 carat rose gold vermeil.
The locket is the perfect way of preserving memories, so I chose two special family photo’s to go inside.
We were sent a preview of how the photo’s would look, to check we were happy with it before the locket was sent out.
The locket was delivered in a black ribbon-tied gift box and arrived within 7 days of ordering it.
Eliza loves her locket and has already requested some matching earrings for an upcoming wedding this year.
The silver personalised sea horse locket has an RRP of £85 and also comes in 18 carat gold or 18 carat rose gold vermeil.
