The Dyson Dilemma – Cord-free vs Powerball which will win your child’s heart?

For those children who love role-play at home and helping out with the housework, Casdon has some fun options for little hands to use that really are just like the real thing!

The child-sized versions of the much-loved Dyson products make pretend play so much more realistic!  With working suction and other fantastic features too, these products not only look like the real thing, but sound just like them too!

The Dyson Ball’s working suction picks up small bits of paper and dirt and holds them in a removable debris drawer which is super simple to empty – helping to extend playtime for just a little longer.  The iconic cyclone action creates a realistic sound just like the original and the ball allows the ‘twist & turn’ movement making this a brilliant toy for little people trying to navigate their way around the house.  This role-play vacuum is one that will not only keep the kids entertained for hours but will keep the floors tidy too!

For smaller spills or dusty corners, the Dyson Cord-free Vacuum will have little ones on the dust-busting case!  Children can tackle a room at a time, just like their parents, with either the short nozzle or long handled ‘twist & turn’ option. The debris compartment is simple to empty into the bin making this child-sized version of the original a must for any active playroom.

Additional Dyson products in the Casdon range include: the Dyson DC22 with neat on-board tools for different ways to play and a detachable wand and hose; and the Classic Dyson DC14

The Dyson Ball is available from: Argos, Smyths, Very, Toymaster and the Dyson Cord-Free Vacuum is available from Selfridges & Co, Smyths, Very, Toymaster, both with an RRP of £22.

Thanks to the fabulous team at Casdon, I have a Dyson Cord-Free children’s Vacuum Cleaner to giveaway to one lucky reader.

  1. The cord free. I tripped over my real vacuum cord a few weeks ago and broke my shoulder so cord free is better!

  2. Like both – but the cord free is more realistic – having a ‘cord free’ version of what would have a cord in the real version may be confusing

  3. The cord free. I’ve had both types (the real versions!) but the Ball Dyson is so heavy. The cord free one is so much easier to move!
