Elf for Christmas Advent Letters Review

Last year we adopted a new tradition in our house for advent: Elf for Christmas.

Elf for Christmas is an enchanting toy and reward kit perfect for girls and boys aged two and over. Available as a girl or boy Elf, this charming toy brings fun and magic to your home throughout December with the added bonus of promoting good behaviour and family engagement.

Where the magic really happens is in the Christmas Reward Kit – a unique package to help you bring the excitement of the Elf to life. The kit, designed for families with up to two siblings, includes an arrival letter from Santa explaining Elf’s role in your home, a reward chart and stickers, mini report cards and certificates, which can all be used to promote kindness and good behaviour. We have purchased a refill kit for this year so it can be used again.

My problem with the Elf idea, is finding something new for him / her to do everyday and there were days last year where we forgot to move it.

This year Elf for Christmas have solved the problem with their Advent Letters.

Elf for Christmas

The box contains a new letter from your Elf’s penpal, Pip McJingles, who is working in Santa’s workshop as they get ready for their busiest time of year, for every day of Advent giving you the perfect countdown to Christmas.

The letters arrive in charming little numbered envelopes which you can leave with the elf, or hide in the house for the kids to find.

The enchanting notes let children in on the secret fun, magic and mayhem that goes on at Santa’s workshop throughout December, as told by their very own North Pole pen pal.

There are 24 numbered envelopes in the box that have been designed to be read in the correct order, to build a daily story of the North Pole. It is great for encouraging young readers and you could even write your own letters back to Pip McJingle and Father Christmas

Advent letters are a truly magical Christmas activity for the whole family to enjoy. The letters come in a presentation box and for the price of £12.95 they won’t break the bank either.

  1. This is a lovely idea to keep the spirit of Christmas alive. I can see that the letters are quite lengthy, which is a great thing and by telling a story they raise the excitement and anticipation of the children.

  3. My boys have really enjoyed Pip’s letters this year and can’t wait for him to write to them again next year. Wish there was others we could buy to help for subsequent years 🙁
