Schleich Croco Jungle Research Station Playset Review

If you have been following my blog, you will know that we are huge fans of Schleich figures in our house and have drawers full of farm animals and dinosaurs which get played with regularly.

We have recently reviewed the Schleich Tractor and Trailer Set from their farm world range and their Schleich Horse Club Mobile Vet set. Now things have got slightly wilder and we have been sent their Schleich Croco Jungle Research Station Playset to test.

Jungle Research Station

This set sees you off on a research mission in the wild jungle to discover rare species  with Ranger Tom, look after injured animals and find the secret treasure in the CROCO skull!

The set does need putting together but it didn’t take long, although the base plate doesn’t seem to fit properly so the set isn’t quite as secure as it should be.

Once built you can send Ranger Tom and his team on an exciting mission. The CROCO jungle research station is the central base camp from which explorers set out on wild adventures.

The playset is very large with a research station, openable CROCO skull, which can also be connected to the research building, treasure and lots of animals and accessories. There is also a clip-on viewing platform where the rangers can observe the wild jungle animals, with secret trapdoor into the treasure chamber!

With over 80 pieces, including 4 jungle animals, there is plenty of things to stimulate children’s imagination and send them into life in the jungle.

There are also other playsets based around the CROCO research station for you to discover so you can complete your jungle world!

The Schleich Croco Jungle Research Station Playset has an RRP: £99.99 and is available from all good toy shops.

  1. In our house, we are huge fan of the Schleich animals too. We must have a collection of more than 100 animals. I can’t believe I was not aware of those sets! On the list for Christmas!
