It is officially October which means that I am allowed to mention the “C” word.
Last weekend was BlogOn Conference, where companies got to showcase the toys that they think are going to be the most wanted for Christmas and us bloggers got in on the act and voted for our favourites in the BlogOn Toy Awards – check out the winners here.
Of course, it’s the kids that actually decide what they want to ask Father Christmas for and one of the highlights for them is picking up the new Smyths Toys Catalogue and pouring through every page with a fine tooth comb.
I actually think we should have picked up one each as they keep bickering over who gets to look at it first!
So, what are the kids hoping to find under the Christmas tree this year:
Isaac
Gaming mad Isaac desperately wants the Nintendo Switch with two games: Splatoon and Super Mario Odyssey.
Eliza
I thought Eliza’s passion for My Little Pony was starting to wane, but she is adamant she wants a My Little Pony Sea Pony which has a beautiful, mermaid-like tail.
When you immerse the seaponies in water they not only swim on their own and their tails sparkles and glows!
Sebastian
Well, Sebastian wants something on pretty much every page, as you would when you are four, but he is desperate to see the new LEGO Ninjago film so I know he would adore this LEGO Juniors Ninjago set.
I am not actually buying anything quite yet as I am fully expecting them to change their minds at some point, but I have invested in a LEGO Advent Calendar for Isaac and Eliza and a Playmobil one for Sebby!
What is on your kids Christmas list this year?

oh my girls have sat all weekend circling things they want from the Smyths catalogue and Evie has a list as long as her arm of Our Generation dolls etc!
i love that little sea pony MM is right back with her MLP obsession too and Finn is still all about Ghostbusters!
