This year will be our fourth year at Camp Bestival and we are looking forward to experiencing every thing it has to offer this weekend.
The weekend is jam-packed full of activities, but most don’t start until around 11am which leaves the morning for you to chill out and relax in your tent after you have had a nice warm shower and a freshen up.
We always take a couple of games, some colouring and a skateboard to keep the kids occupied but this year I have added a must-have companion for the outdoor camping & festival season to my list – The BrightSounds 2 Portable Speaker.
The BrightSounds 2 is a portable Bluetooth speaker, with a built-in power bank charger for your mobile devices & features an ambient LED light making it the perfect portable companion wherever you go on your travels this summer.
The unit comes in five colours to suit any taste and is perfect for camping and for long evenings in the garden with friends and family – in fact the kids love having music outside when they are playing.
It is really easy to pair with your phone using bluetooth or you can connect it via 3.5mm aux-in for all. The light can be changed from a vivid glow to a calm hue, giving the tent a soft bedtime glow if needed and the rechargeable lithium-ion battery gives powerful audio and lighting performance and can be used to charge your phone via a USB cable. The unit is even waterproof, just in case you get stuck outside in a shower.
The speaker and light has a really impressive battery life (36 hours portable music and lighting) and we have yet to run it down so I am confident that it will last for four nights of Camp Bestival. I will take my portable power pack with me to charge our phones, however, this would be great for an emergency charge of a dead smartphone if needed.
Music sounds clear when played through the speaker and it has an impressive volume to it and with an RRP of £39.99, this speaker won’t break the bank either!!
Ooh this looks fab, and such a good price too! I love that they come in all those colours, I would love one like this for when we are out and about!
I’ve not seen this before. This looks great for camping x
This looks great. I have a similar portable speaker. Love it.
Now that is lovely if only I went camping may have to dip my toes in it
We hope to go to a festival at some point and this looks like a reasonably proved speaker to take with us 🙂

That looks brilliant, we have a number of camping trips booked this year already (including Camp B) so this would be a welcome addition to our camping kit 🙂
