Mr Tumble’s Christmas Album Review and Giveaway

Star of CBeebies’s Something Special, Mr Tumble, is brightening up the festive season and making Christmas celebrations even more magical, for children  and parents alike, with the release of his first ever album, Mr Tumble’s Christmas Party, out on 4thNovember.

The album contains brand new studio recordings of 20 much-loved classic Christmas songs, with a Mr Tumble twist. Tracks include Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and many more, including Do You Want To Build A Snowman from the kid’s favourite blockbuster hit film, Frozen.

CBeebies’ Mr Tumble (played by Justin Fletcher) regularly plays to live audiences across the country and is one of our highlights at Camp Bestival. He is one of the biggest and most well-known celebrities for pre-school children – a superstar for tots and Isaac, Eliza and Sebastian all adore him. How apt then, that he joins his peers with an album of everyone’s favourite Christmas hits.

No stranger to the charts, Justin Fletcher’s previous album went GOLD in 2012 (110k) but this is the first album release from Mr Tumble.

We were sent the album to review and it is safe to say it is a hit. I have the CD in the car and every time we go anyway the kids insist on listening to it.

Some of the songs are sung in character – Mr Tumble, Grandad Tumble, Lord Tumble and Aunt Polly whilst others are Justin as himself. Our favourite is the Twelve Days of Christmas as the kids love shouting out which character is singing each line and even try the voices themselves.

  1. My two youngest grandchildren (2 & 1) absolutely love Mr. Tumble. Keeps them quiet for ages (which isn’t an easy task). Oh Mr. Tumble are you free at weekend?
