BLOK protective cases for your iPad

Logitech has created a tablet case that is made to be dropped – the BLOK protective iPad case.

The BLOK has been tested to heights of 1.8 meters onto surfaces as hard as concrete, BLOK will protect your iPad from whatever day to day life brings. In addition to the protective shell, BLOK has an integrated cover and an any-angle stand. It additionally offers a detachable iPad Bluetooth® keyboard, ensuring that you can connect to any device at any time. The BLOK is available in a range of colours and is sold for £29.99.

Parents report that almost half of children (47 percent) are frequently mishandling mobile devices, and 36 percent of children have damaged a tablet or smartphone they’re using so this is the perfect product to kid-proof your tablet.

The square corners have extra-absorbent polymers to give your iPad more protection where it needs it most – the corners. The absorbent polymer structure supports and flexes with your iPad upon impact, ensuring it can withstand drops from up to six feet high and survive surfaces as hard as concrete.

Blok Case

We were sent a case to review and it has been fantastic so far. Although the kids don’t use the iPads a lot they tend to have them when we are long car journeys and, Sebastian especially, lets his fall to the floor when he has had enough. I feel more confident that our iPad will remain in tact now we have this case on it.

The case itself is very slim and doesn’t bulk the iPad up too much, meaning it still fits in my bag with no problem at all. From a personal preference I think I would prefer one with a screen cover too, but they do make the cases in that style and with a built-in keyboard too in lots of bright colours to suit every taste.

  1. That looks fab. I just bought an iPad case with a screen cover too. I used to have keep changing the protective cover (the plastic kind) on our Ipad every now and then due to the sticky hands of my little girl. Like you said though, it’s bulky but I’m fine with that. At least all I need to do now is wipe it off! 🙂 x

  2. I like the sound of this I think one needs to be made for Samsung tabs too. I’ve nearly dropped my tab a few times now and really need to buy a good case.

  3. Oooh this looks good! Sadly, I’m not posh enough to own an iPad (at the moment) but I can definitely see how protecting any technological goods becomes a priority with little ones around! My question is… were you brave enough to try dropping it on concrete?! Ha ha.

  4. This looks fab! My kids have smashed our ipad twice now, once was our own fault as we didn’t have the protective case on, but the second time was a supposedly indestructible case!! I like the sound of this one, ipads are so expensive to repair!!

  5. I’ve looked at these before and I think they look great but I don’t think they do any for the older iPads before the air came out which is a shame x

  6. We don’t have an iPad but a case like this would be great for our tablet, especially now that the toddler has taken a liking to it! We’re so afraid it’s going to end up smashed one day.
