After Sebby’s illness last week I was hoping this week would be better, but this time it was Kian who came down with the dreaded lurgy and he had three days off school with flu.
On Sunday we had a chill out day after a tiring day out at Thomas Land the previous day and played some games that have been tucked away waiting to be played with.
Monday was back to school and the kids had a very exciting day with the Night Zookeeper who did workshops with them throughout the day.
On Tuesday Isaac was celebrated for his times tables knowledge and Wednesday saw us heading out with Nanny to our local Beefeater to try out their Mothers Day menu.
Thursday was World Book Day and Isaac went as the Night Zookeeper, Eliza as Rapunzel and Sebby as a monkey as he wanted to dress up too.
On Friday we headed to the park for some fun after school and Saturday we headed to Lush to pick up some Mothers Day goodies.
Here is my week in pictures:
58. Playing Dino Bite
59. Meeting Paul from the Night Zookeeper
60. Being celebrated at school
61. Fun with Nanny at Beefeater
62. The Night Zookeeper for World Book Day

Sorry to hear the lurgy is still hanging around. Looks like Nanny was enjoying herself! Love the dinosaur too #366
Oh no….We’ve been suffering with the flu too. I hope Kian is feeling better now.
Fab photos x
Lovely photos. Sorry to hear about Kian being poorly. Hope he’s feeling better now. I especially like the photo with the big tail and having fun with Nanny 🙂
Hope Kian is feeling better. Love the I spy shot, great perspective. The Night Zookeeper costume is brilliant 🙂 Looks like you’ve had a fun week!
Love the re-enactment from Lady and The Trap at Beefeater.
Hope the lurgy has cleared up by now.
Strange place to test a bath bomb but I love the colour
I hope everyone is feeling better now, there are so many bugs going round! I love the kids World Book Day costumes, they look great! Hope you have a lovely week x #project366
Bleurgh to ongoing lurgy. Hope all’s clear now. It looks like it’s been a busy week. Well done Isaac on his times tables.
adore the lady and the tramp picture – so cute. I am sorry that the lurgy has struck your house – i hope this week will be ill free for you all. love the world book day outfit too x
What an amazing costume! Urg that bug…hope it leaves you all soon. Well done to Isaac for his times tables, when I was a t.a it used to be my worst time of week seeing how stressed some of them became during them. Bath bomb looks fun! #project366
Honestly I don’t think we’ve had a week free of illness here this winter, it’s just been too damp and the temperature has fluctuated too much for our bodies I think! Well done to Issac!
Gosh there seems to have been a lot of lurgies going around this week. Hope everyone stayed well.
I absolutely adore that photo of nanny and Eliza! The love for each other and the laughter in it is wonderful!
Thanks for linking up and apologies for the lack of comments recently, life has been a hard balancing act!
