Eliza was sent the fabulous Basin WP (RRP: ￡70) to review and boy did she put all their features to the test straight away. I managed to get one photograph before she leapt in the biggest, muddiest puddle she could find!
Fun meets function with these boots. The water-resistant leather and textile upper features a nifty bungee draw lacing system to keep snow and slush out – none of this faffing about with laces and so much easier to get on and off – Eliza can do it herself.
The gorgeous faux shearling lining is equipped with a breathable, waterproof membrane and 200g of charcoal bamboo insulation to keep feet cosy on even the coldest of days. The ingenious dual compound rubber outsole responds when in contact with slippery surfaces like the slimy mud we found on our day out and features tough lugs for reliable grip and protection on snow, ice and other slippery surfaces.
The boots not only look fabulous, they kept Eliza’s feet dry and are really sturdy and made climbing trees a breeze. They are available in an array of colours to please even the most judicious of juniors, including Olympian Blue/Racing Red, Dress Boue/Carnelia Rose and Wineberry/Lavender Fog.
Because of the horrible weather we have been having they did get very dirty but have cleaned up well. We left them to dry and then scraped off the worst of the mud and then gave them a clean with warm soapy water.
Those boots look ideal for little tinkers! Perfect for adventuring in the great outdoors!

You know we’ve never heard of KEENS before! But these look cool. A bit expensive compared to cheap wellies I wear but they would definitely keep my feet warm! They look real stylish too x

These are the sort of boots that Mini needs. He has flat feet so struggles getting wellies on, but we need the waterproof and ability to clean that you get with them./ They look ace
These looks brilliant for outdoor adventures. My children’s feet always get cold in wellies, and they tend to fall off, so these are fab. Great that they cleaned up well too! x
These look fantastic – so cosy and stylish. You’re right, they’d be perfect for a ski holiday – and it’s good to know they can withstand a bit of good old British mud, too!
