Debenhams Flowers Review

I love receiving flowers as a surprise gift, but hubby hasn’t sent me any for quite some time *glares in his direction* – so I was over the moon when the lovely team at Debenhams Flowers sent me bouquet to review.

They sent me the Designer Ruby bouquet as I spotted it contained black Calla Lillies which were in my wedding bouquet and I have to admit I was really disappointed.  Costing £44.99 the bouquet seemed tiny in comparison with the picture on the website.

The bouquet contained a Deep Pink Oriental Lily, 4 Grand Prix Roses, 3 Purple Eustoma, 3 Black Calla Lilies, 3 Red Hypericum Berry, 3 Gold Pavi Euc and 3 Hard Ruscus – the purple Eustoma were open when the bouquet arrived and sadly didn’t last very long and certainly not the 7 days they guarantee.

I did email Debenhams flowers with my feedback and was impressed that they treated me like any other customer.  They immediately offered me a replacement bouquet and added a vase and some delicious chocolates to the order.

The flowers arrived the very next day and I was much more impressed with this bouquet.  The lilies were closed and the flowers looked fresh and smelled lovely.

The bouquet is beautiful and is still going strong after 10 days so I am confident that the hick-up was a one off and I was so happy with the customer service that I would happily use Debenhams Flowers Flower Delivery again – I even sent my mum a bouquet for her birthday.
