Trick or Treat with House of Fraser

When we got back from our Half Term Holiday in Staffordshire, a wonderful Trick or Treat package was waiting for us from House of Fraser.

The kids didn’t get to go Trick or Treating because of where we were staying, although we did enjoy lots of Halloween fun at Alton Towers and Warwick Castle, so they were over the moon to find some bags inside filled with spooky chocolate coins.

Also inside the gift were two Peppa Pig Halloween inspired ticket books, Mr Men story books, some spooky masks and cool cats ears plus a real treat for Eliza – a bright pink pair of Hunter Wellies!

The Original Kids Welly has all the iconic features of the adults` Original Tall boot, but with all-important reflective safety patches on the back and reflective labels at the front, improving visibility and safety, they`re the perfect wellies to splash about in.

The legendary Hunter orthopaedic fit delivers comfort and makes sure little feet are well catered for and ankles are supported. Even their knee heights are designed to cater to the variety of heights amongst kids and they fit Eliza perfectly!

The boots are made with vulcanised rubber upper for extra strength and built on a comfy orthopaedic multi-layered, cushioned sponge in sole for a comfortable, snug fit.  The traditional calendered sole is crafted from natural rubber and the lining is a hardwearing, quick-dry knitted nylon for ease of putting on and taking off the wellies.

The boots have been thoroughly road tested on a very wet walk where Eliza has been teaching Sebastian the art of puddle jumping.  I can happily report that her feet stayed warm, comfy and dry, although next time she will be wearing her waterproof trousers as the same can’t be said for her leggings!
