I only found out about Frugi last year and immediately fell in love with their range of children’s clothes, but it never occurred to me that they would do adult clothing.
When I got the chance to review some clothes for Isaac earlier in the year I spotted they did a range of nursing tops and dresses.
I have been searching, without much luck, for nursing clothes that are not maternity too. Sebastian is now 12 months and I no longer want to look mumsy, but finding stylish, comfortable nursing tops and dresses is a challenge.
Frugi have a fabulous range of fashionable nursing tops, dresses and nightwear all made from the soft organic cotton they are famous for. Everything is technically designed – the double layered tops have vertical openings on the under layer to keep your tummy covered at all times and the dresses have a discreet panel across the bust for easy and discreet access.
I fell in love with the breastfeeding maxi dress as soon as I saw it and I was over the moon when Frugi offered to send me it to wear for Britmums Live. The dress has a stylish floral print and adjustable tie straps at the back. The perfectly shaped under panel allows the top layer of fabric to be moved for discrete feeding. Made from soft draped organic cotton with a touch of elastane.
The dress is as stunning on as it is on the website and kept me cool and comfortable even in the sweltering London heat. It dress is a flattering shape and also means I can feed Sebastian discreetly when the need arises.
I have washed and worn this dress non-stop since I received it and it has not only kept its shape but its colour too, looking as good as it did when it arrived.
If you are looking for nursing wear for the summer, Frugi has a great sale on too and this dress has been reduced to £48.50!

Your dress is very stylish. It is a shame that a lot of nursing clothing is designed with all the focus on function. Obviously you want it to be practical but you want to look lovely too.
