It probably didn’t escape your notice that this week I took part in the Team Honk Relay, covering the Bournemouth to Southampton leg of its journey from Lands End to John O’Groats in various methods of transport including a Microscooter and a Didicar.
After the recent storms which saw waves crashing against the Beach Huts on the seafront there was an awful lot of sand on the promenade which made the journey difficult on the scooter but nigh on impossible aboard the didcar so I did need a push from the gorgeous Joanne from CharlieMoos.

This is the only way to travel don’t you know!
If you run out of petrol and need to pop to the supermarket, you just have to suck it up and get on with it – just like Chelsea Mamma 😉
