I am a big fan teething jewellery and have to admit I have quite a collection building up as I have kept my necklaces I purchased with Isaac and Eliza.
Now there’s a new brand on the block.
MikaB teething jewellery is safe for babies, looks great on mums and is great for helping you both get through that challenging teething stage by providing something safe and attractive to chew on, as well as making mum feel a bit more like her old self.
MikaB teething jewellery is made of non-toxic, food grade silicone. It is the same kind of silicone babies soothers and bottle teats are made of and gone are the days of just pendants – now you can get necklaces and bangles too which can be easily washed with soap and warm water.
I was sent a bangle and coordinating pendant to review.

I have to say I am really impressed.  You would genuinely never guess the bangle was teething jewellery and the colour is striking.  Sebastian is still a little young to hold this, but as soon as he is able I am sure it will be finding its way into his mouth to chomp on.

The pendant is perfect for his little hands.  He plays with it when I am breastfeeding which holds his attention, as he can be a nosey baby and likes to come off and have a good look around.
Their jewellery is colourful, fashionable and will look great not only on mums but also on aunties, grannies and big sisters – you can also use it as a normal piece of jewellery like my eldest daughter did – no one noticed it was teething jewellery and a few of her friends asked where she had got it from!

The pendant and necklaces have a breakaway clasp for added safety and comfort and complies with very rigorous EN71 toys safety standard.

I am really impressed and will be investing in a necklace too, as I think it would be perfect for Sebastian’s current stage of development.
