Zolo – Inspiring Creativity……Review

What is Zolo?

Knobbly, bobbly, skinny squatty, square and round, plain or spotty.  It began with a dream to make the most fun toy ever.  Something that went back to basics and inspired creativity in everyone.

Zolo is a fantastic tool for firing their imaginations.  I have been sat here watching the kids become completely immersed in designing their very own colourful creatures.  We started with jellyfish and penguins and now have various bizarre aliens, with wiggly arms and shoot guns (apparently).

Once Isaac got the hang of fitting the creatures together, I challenged him to start working on balancing them too.  It took some trial and error but he persevered and was really proud of his achievement when he made the creatures stand all by themselves.

Zolo is aimed at ages 5 and up and is idea for building hand / eye co-ordination, imagination, fine motor skills and their confidence.  Best of all though – it’s great fun!!
