I have long been a fan of Simply Sprinkle Herbs and Spices which I was introduced to at a local food festival event a couple of years ago.

With 17 different varieties of ‘Simply Sprinkle’ from the ‘Old Faithful’ Garlic & Herb to the exotic rich flavours of Egyptian, Persian & Cayman never again need food be bland and boring. Along with their range of culinary herbs & spices there is something for eveyone.

The blends contain No wheat flour, No added salt or sugar, No artificial colourings, preservatives or MSG. in short “No Rubbish”


All are GLUTEN FREE & 16 of the blends are suitable for vegetarians.


The ‘Simply Sprinkle’ range can be used to make marinades for meat, fish & vegetables, used as a dry rub or simply added to rice, soups, pasta dishes, stir frys and sauces for mouthwatering results. Why not make your own potato wedges, dips and savoury breads? Just use a little, reseal and use again and again. A little imagination goes a long way.  I have recently used the Ranch mix on my slow cooker Roast Chicken – delicious.

I love them all, but I do have two favourites – Cor Blimey which tastes fantastic with steak, and Chilli Mint which is as good on lamb as it is mixed with melted butter on new potatoes.

    58. I would love to try the Egyptian one. Went there on holiday and loverd the food but have never been able to recreate it. Maybe this will do the trick!
