Join the hunt through Miniland and count the ghost Minifigures, build a LEGO® brick Scarecrow in the Model Builder’s Workshop, or build a vampire castle this Halloween at Legoland Discovery Centre Manchester – the event runs from 20th October to 4th November.

OR BE A RECORD BREAKER WITH THE LEGOLAND® DISCOVERY CENTRES!

Thursday 15 November is Guinness World Record Day & this year they’re attempting to break a record with all of the other LEGOLAND Discovery Centre attractions across the globe – but they need your help.
The world record will be for the world’s largest toy construction lesson (or master model builder workshop to them). They will be holding lessons in Atlanta, Berlin, Duisburg, Dallas Fort Worth, Chicago, Kansas City, Manchester and Tokyo all at the same time on the same day!
Nearer the time they will be giving you the chance to apply to get involved in the record but first of all they need to decide what model they are going to build in the lessons and they would like you to help us choose.
Having consulted with the master model builders worldwide they have selected three models for you to pick from and they are a LEGO® Turkey, a LEGO® Christmas Train, or a LEGO® Rocking horse!
Everyone who votes will go into a draw to win a family LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Annual Pass to say thank you!  All you have to do is fill in the form on their Facebook page to help us be a record breaker!
Legoland Discovery Centre in Manchester have kindly given me a Family ticket (includes up to 2 adults and 2 children) to give away, just in time for half term! (Valid for UK residents up until the end of 2012)
