We were sent a hand sanitiser to review and what better place to put My Pocket Buddy on-the-go hand sanitiser for kids to the test, than a farm!!
What they say:
My Pocket Buddy® on-the-go hand sanitiser has been scientifically formulated to kill 99.99% of germs, whilst still being kind to your hands. Our product range includes an 8ml pen spray for children, a 50ml foamer for adults, and a 500ml foaming dispenser, ideal for the home, nursery, or your place of work.
Not only is My Pocket Buddy® alcohol free and made from 100% natural ingredients, it’s effective in seconds, helping reduce germs, bacteria, viruses and fungi on the skin. There are no chemical nasties in any of our products, ensuring safe protection for your hands, and giving you peace of mind that your loved ones are protected too.
It dries super-fast without leaving behind a sticky residue, and with the purest of natural ingredients such as Aloe Vera, your hands will be left feeling totally refreshed and naturally moisturised.
My verdict:
I loved the design and packaging!! Being a chunky pen size it meant it fit in the pen slot of my handbag making it easy to find. It would fit quite happily in a pocket, a changing bag or even a pencil case without being conspicuous too!.
Secondly, it is alcohol free and contains 100% natural ingredients, including Aloe Vera. I find that most hand sanitisers dry my hands out and can cause dermatitis. I have had no problems with this at all – in fact my friend tried it out too and commented on how nice her hands felt afterwards.
So after this:
We did this:
Each tube carries at least 75 sprays, and I managed to make one spray cover both little hands. For adult hands you would need a spray for each though.
I am impressed with it, and will certainly be adding it to my changing bag / handbag and shall be looking into the adult foamer to keep at home, as being a childminder I always seem to be knee deep in nappies!!

This would be so useful as my son has just broken his little right finger in a rugby accident.
