To celebrate the launch of The Great Oreo Cookie Quest, I was challenged by Britmums to stage my own mini-quest with the kids.
The Great Oreo Cookie Quest a fun and interactive way to win great prizes. Oreo fans also have the opportunity to win a once-in-a-lifetime wonder-filled trip to California and the Googleplex through an on-pack promotion, which runs until 31st May 2018.
For our cookie quest we headed to Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire; a land of adventure where lions roam, tigers stalk and monkeys swing.
We bravely attempted the monkey enclosure where the brightly coloured Oreo packet distracted the residents from destroying the car, although we did get “the look” when we didn’t share the contents with the monkey’s.
Once we escaped the monkey enclosure we thought we were safe, but it appears word got out about the scrummy contents of our car and the deer thought they would come in for a look around – literally!
I am not sure they were particularly impressed that we were not going to share our Oreo’s.
The big cats, however, were pretty nonchalant about our treasure and chose to just chill out.
Abbey and Isaac were in the car behind for our safari adventure and I couldn’t help teasing them when they pulled up alongside, but I wanted them to complete some challenges before sharing them.
Longleat is famous for its safari drive through, but there are lots more to do in the grounds of the magnificent house, including the animal experiences which are perfect to test the kids bravery!
Challenge One: Hold a Snake
Challenge Two: Feed a Lorikeet
Challenge Three: Meet the Penguins
Challenge Four: Brave the Bat Cave
Challenge Five: Feed the Sea Lions
Challenge Six: Tame a Wild Animal
With all the challenges completed we had no excuse not to finally share the packet of Oreos and let’s just say, they didn’t touch the sides!!
There are two separate promotions attached to the Oreo Cookie Quest. The instant win competition requires you to find a unique code from a promotional Oreo pack in order to be entered to win a trip to San Francisco. The second promotion involves downloading the Oreo Cookie Quest mobile app, available on Google Play and iTunes, and using it to scan both real cookies and virtual cookies, to earn points and win prizes.
Will you be joining in with the Oreo Cookie Quest?

I’ve not been to that safari park in years but those photos bring back some scary memories of our time driving round it!!
I have never been to a safari park before. It looks like a great day out. Lovely photos. I love the one of the monkey looking down at the Oreo’s 🙂
I love longleat, sounds like a great day, although if I had oreo’s they wouldn’t have even made it past the journey x
I love that you took your Oreos to Longleat the sight of those must have driven the monkeys wild thank goodness they were safe within the confines of the car and the monkeys outside lol!
