Create Me Books Review

I love personalised books for kids and seeing their faces light up when they realise they are part of the story is really special.

Create Me books allows you to create personalised children’s books for your little ones (ages 2-7) online. They not only allow you to personalise the name of the character in the book with your childs name but also how your child looks!  This means that no matter what your heritage is, there is a book for you.

We got to create two books to review, the boys version of Prince Sebastian for Sebby and the girls version of Princess Eliza for Eliza.

Personalising them was easy. To start you simply choose who the book is for and enter their names, choose their gender and you can even write a personalised message for the front of the book, making them a great gift that they can treasure forever.

Next it is time to create your character and you get the option to make them look as close to your child as possible by choosing their skin colour, hair colour and style, tunic / dress colour and you can even add glasses.

Preview your book before you hit order and make any changes before you order and its done. Our books were here well within a week of our order although the website does say the books will be with you within 14 days.

Create Me Books

The stories are easy to read and perfect for bedtime as they are all about going to bed and falling asleep, with an adventure with animals such as frogs and foxes, dragon’s and unicorn’s helping them to find the land of nod, before falling asleep on a fluffy cloud in the sky.

Each book is made from good quality thick paper with vibrant colours and illustrations and costs £19.99. For more information and offers you can follow @CreateMeBooks on twitter or like Create Me Books on facebook.

  1. What an amazing idea!! I haven’t ever heard of a site where you can do so much customisation! When i was younger, my godmother bought me a book that had my name in it. I remember being so amazed by it. I actually thought the characters in the book were real and that they were all there for me in the story. I have fond memories of it 🙂
