  10. I would give this to my mum, she has Alzheimer’s and we have been using colouring books to help improve her manual dexterity as well as giving her something soothing and interesting to do. I have to admit though I am thinking of giving them a try to help me relax as my work life has been very testing recently. I may commandeer a couple of pages for myself!

  12. I think I’d give it to my mum. I’ve read how adult colouring has really taken off as an aid to practising ‘mindfulness’ and helps soothe worried minds. x
