I have long been a fan of Munchkin products, so when they sent me a bundle of products to review I was very excited by what I saw.
In the bundle was the Munchkin Baby In-Sight Magical Fire Fly Mirror and I did think that Sebastian would be too old for this now. I couldn’t have been more wrong and it has saved my sanity on long car journeys as he absolutley adores it.
The Munchkin Baby In-sight Magical Firefly Car Mirror gives Sebby a choice of sounds and lights to entertain or soothe him during car journeys. It features lights which dance around the mirror, as well as ‘mood’ lights in the frame, firefly characters dance and light up to melodies with 4 entertaining songs and 4 soothing songs.
It also comes with a remote control which allows me to control sounds and lights from the front of the car, although he does like to operate it himself – I just make sure I turn the volume down first!
The mirror is shatter resistance and can be used as wide view mirror so you can see a rear facing baby from the front seat. Has Sebby is now forward facing I have it attached to the seat in front of him so he can see himself instead.
If you do get this for the car my tip would be to switch it off when you get out the car by depressing the main button for 5 seconds until the central light goes off. I didn’t do this at first and found the batteries wore down very quickly.
